Report FAQ

Is the report free? Will you spam me?

Free. One email per month (the current PDF, download links, and a one-line summary), sourced entirely from public Federal Register data; every email carries an unsubscribe link — one click removes you.

How is this different from the Tariff Radar alerts?

The Radar is real-time: it scans the Federal Register every 12 hours and emails you as notices land. The report is the monthly retrospective: everything that happened, packaged with analysis as a PDF you can forward. You can subscribe to both.

How are issues numbered? Where are past reports?

Issue numbers are the covered year-month (e.g., Issue 202609 covers September 2026); each issue is published at the start of the following month. The archive below lists every issue since January 2026, with direct PDF downloads in both languages.

How accurate is the data?

Every item carries its FR document number with a link to the original text, and the report is written "as of" a stated date — the FR original always prevails. The report is general information, not legal or customs advice.
